The Japanese Mega Evolution set, headlined by Mega Rayquaza ex. Japanese boxes are printed on different card stock to the English release, with a different pull structure and a reputation among collectors for noticeably better centring and print quality.
Storm Emeralda is the Japanese release most English collectors end up importing, and Rayquaza is the reason. Japanese print runs are not adjusted for Western demand, so overseas supply is thin from day one.
